The front side of the ball is blank, this is where your logo will be engraved. The back side of the ball has our logo on it. These balls are not certified for lacrosse play (they do not contain the logo’s for certification – NCAA, NFHS, SEI, NOCSAE, etc.).
The engraved area is about 1.5 square inch, but can vary some, based on the specific logo being engraved. Please provide a Black and White logo (black image on white background) in jpg file format. The logo should not have any colors or greyscale. The black is what gets engraved and the white is the ball itself. Please also download, fill in, and upload your personalization details. Once your order is placed, we’ll send you an image of a test engraving with your logo and first personalization request and an example. It will then go in to production, so if there are any issues with the test, we will need to know right away.

Prior to shipment, all purchased products will be thoroughly inspected. Today, the majority orders will be delivered within 48 hours. Expected delivery times are between 3 and 7 days.
Returns
The stock is constantly changing and is not completely managed by us due to the involvement of several different parties, such as the factory and our warehouse. The levels of stock can change at any given time. Be aware that it is possible for your order to be out of stock after you have placed the order.
Our policy lasts for thirty days. We will not return or exchange your purchase if it has been 30 days since you purchased it.
The item cannot be used, and it must be in its original condition. It should also be returned in the original packaging.
